What is an audio guest book?
An audio guest book is a modern twist on the traditional guest book. Instead of written messages, guests can leave personalised audio recordings, sharing their well wishes, memories, or congratulations.
How does an audio guest book work?
To start, flip the switch located at the bottom of the phone.
Pick up the handset and leave your message after the personalised recorded message.
To save your message simply return the handset to its stand.
There will also be physical instructions to go next to the phone so all your guests know how to use it.
If you need any assistance, we are available every day of the week to provide support.
How can I book an audio guest book for my event?
To book an audio guest book for your event, go to the phones page, pick out a phone you love and add it to your cart. checkout any addons you want at the addon page. on checkout you'll select the event date and your phone will be provided at least 2 days prior to the event.
Do I need anything to make it work?
Nope. The audio book has a battery life of 40 hours so you have no stress on the day. If you require more battery life you can plug it in to the wall using the usb cable provided.
How long can each guest's recording be?
As long as the guest needs to speak!
How will I get the recordings?
We provide access to the recordings by providing downloadable files to the email address it was ordered from.
How long will I have to wait for the recordings?
Once you send us a photo from your event to use in the video, you can expect to receive your voicemails within approximately 24-48 hours.
If you don't have a photo from the event, you can still send us any photo of your choice.
Can I provide prompts or questions for guests to answer?
Absolutely! When you place an order you will also receive an email where you can record your voice which will be played when the guest picks up the phone.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Change your Guest Book style or date for free up to 14 days before your event, based on availability.
Cancel 30+ days before your event for a full refund. Cancel between 30 to 14 days for a 50% refund.
No changes or refunds are allowed within 14 days of the event due to dispatch preparations.
What are the hire terms and conditions?
- The Hirer is responsible for items from delivery until their return.
- The Hirer covers costs for item damage, theft, or loss.
